Poem Artwork

Spellbound and loving it heaven deep in thought
Holding on to a memory in a fisted clutch and caught
Sucking up the essence of every breath you took
Lapping with a gentle tide , a page turns in the book
Feathered brush strokes along this ebb...with pulses holding hands
Passions paint in bolder strokes ...a new chapter makes a stand
Ebbing with a fine line as bonded pleasure grows
Supernatural fissures as breathless love reposes
Heaven sent this miracle and opened up its growth
It brings a smile so generous...a lump grows in my throat
My blood runs with his now as memories ooze to keep
The love of all my lifetime with still waters running deep.

What a beautiful style of writing ... this is again, lovely, Susan. You have such a gentle flow when you write of love and emotion. A pleasure to read.

"Passions paint in bolder strokes, A new chapter makes a stand" Life
is like a book kinda, One chapter closes as another opens. Out of the ashes of the old, in anticipation, something new emerges.
Love this Pierre.

I am humming along with this one, Susan, a distant country song in my head. Well done. Deeply penetrating words, and yes, still waters most certainly run deep. Thank you for this one. Keeper.

I truly enjoy your sense and sensitivity. Economical, yet lucid. Tender and reflective. I'd wish to be a piscean as well. Enjoying the stillness as well as the flow and ebb. Yet I, as the cat merely see the reflection of the sky sometimes, and keep jumping at the clouds above.
best wishes your friend and lot's of love,
simon

I think you chose the picture and the poem so well, there is a lot of symbolism with this beta fish. It says were it is, in the water, yet has to exist alone. As tho in this world, all remains as it is. The color, the life, the memories, will always be beautful, and to enjoy them for the happiness and beauty they once gave, and always can do. Anyway, thats what I got out of this duo. But then again....I could be wrong lol
either way.....love your melodies..........
