When silence says much more
Eyes that search the other out
Say more when words ignore
The silent touch of a tender glance
From someone close in heart
Can reap rewards untold by words
That hide away the spark
A subtle glance from someone close
Can take the world away
When eyes can say a whole lot more
Than words could ever say.
I agree with this write so much dear Susan. The sad part though is when these non verbal looks and touches fade it can be every bit as devastating as the hateful words spoken in anger. Sorry for the tirade, love this one though.

Ooooooohhhhhh, if we could but believe and practice this. AD members like to use choice words to write poetry and other stuff, and many of us can't shut up in affairs la'mour! This is a great poem, a wonderful observaation, and a gentle nudge to try it; she/he might like it ! ! !
