Dark Suited Men
If love of life gets hardened anymore than it is today
Then watchdogs of the world are fired and leaders need to pay
The ethics and the morals of those who sit up high
World news men who seek hard licks for their darker sides
This may not be an answer for those on different highs
Would find more satisfaction in tokens for their sighs
Then laughs and cigar smoked rooms would reel with seedy glares
From pot gutted men with risqué whims and bawdy derrières
Their charms enriched with c-noted palms and eyes that have no spark
These high esteemed dark suited men whose hearts are purely dark
Our world redeems from lucky times and not these gents of fame
Who play with toys in wicked ways and pay for all their dames
Give me a break, take the chance, go get a real life cure
Look deeper into world affairs and cut a deal that's pure
We need new hopes and stronger wills with well defined new sparks
Not sunken grim and tawdry whims of shots that split the dark
For those of us who look higher for the ethics that aren't there
For those unborn who have a stock in all that goes on here
We are the keepers of the keys that unlock all these doors
We empathize the daily dose of news with mundane chores
The realist issue spoken here is digested hard for some
But skirt these issues one more time and nothing will get done
Our eyes are turned to the grind...our children have to pay
When "suits" make laws then turn aside this justice every day
When laws are made for all of us and them...they have their own
'Tis us that could pink card their times...contentions and the bones
Take out the trash and find new hearts that beat a total cure
Give heroes to our stock in kids and love that shines for sure
Devotion for the job that's done and leaders who redeem
They need not wear the pin striped suits...freedom comes in jeans
Relax world tensions...hear me world...basics needed here
No more ties...unwanted news...I've shed my final tear
I'll speak my piece and get it out...I'll shout for all the change
I'm sick to death of paying for the privilege of their game
They sit on high and reel out doses to those of lesser wealth
Then make the laws for all of us...then turn their heads to self

Dear Susan, This crap with fat bald men has been going on for decades. The President has the peoples pulse but his domestic policy sucks.

Hmm. Most interesting. Its a truly powerful political piece of excellent talent.
