Anxiousness

I can't escape this anxiousness
This deep desire that creeps
Into all my everydays
When passion slowly seeps
Through words of lonely yearnings
Through bouts of lost despair
Through avenues of desire
When needing you is here
The child in me is weeping
The woman still stands proud
The fight between this anxiousness
Is surfacing out loud
I can't continue this way
When I just want to fly
To open arms somewhere
Then have a long lost cry.
