As the sky darkens with twilight I listen The last bird is heard far in the sky, Distant thunder rumbles as a great battle cry, The screech of an owl, and the squeak of the swing, Sounds are very funny things. My eyes glisten May all the sounds I hear tonight staywith me always for Death is near.

I want that too...especially my childrens voices....(and family + friends voices and laughter too)... and wind chimes...but no sirens (or barking dogs.)
