What Are Our Words?

Quite a few don't belong,
programmed in as we moved along.
What was that you said,
maybe a word another egg laid?
Motivating reactions,
affecting satisfactions.

Get with the program,
or chuck the ham.
Our words make trust,
at times bring lust.
Many times they mend,
sometimes they end.

These words I just wrote,
may sink or float.
Fall to deaf ears,
ignite inner fears.
In fear of rejection,
rejection is only a word connection.

Why should I fear such a word,
it is only one I heard.
Then again I've been rejected,
at times motherly and fatherly corrected.
Who's right and who's wrong,
Where does my heart and soul belong?

Maybe in a word I heard,
may have came first, second or third.
God is a word,
a word I heard.
I've never seen a God in sight,
words describe his might.

Someone said have faith in,
try not to commit sin.
Still sin is only a word,
a word I heard.
Should I conform,
or stand in alarm?

Our words

G

Object Marking in Japanese: A Self-study Programmed Lesson (Paperback by Robert Wood

This programmed, self-paced lesson focuses exclusively on the use of postpostions (ga and (w)o) with grammatical objects in the Japanese language without wavering or getting off track in the labyrinth of Japanese syntax and other grammatical issues.
