Beware of the handshake,
and certainly make no mistake,
about smiling faces,
which show no traces,
of the evil that lies with in,
especially their intended sin.

Where the eyes star,
you'll find the face you are.
Even if you can't look in the mirror,
you might feel superior or inferior.
It's best to face up,
but many can't face corrupt,
they turn away from the mirror abrupt.

Everyday they're running away,
especially to run another day.
We can run but we can't hide,
especially from what's inside.
So we might as well buckle up,
and enjoy the ride.
That's right we can run and enjoy,
or enjoy and run,
Facing up is for fools,
it depends on which way the devil drools.

Wish I'd never faced my face,
and kept my phony smile in place.
After all a smile is a smile,
it only stays around for awhile.
The truth I had to face,
wasn't worth my existence in this place.
