but to be uptights
Too uptight to relax
makes no difference if
they have paid up their tax
Never satisfied with anything
even though they might
possess everything
poor man queen or king

Getting a laugh and a smile
might even take awhile
They'll laugh at you
but you'd better not
laugh at them too
and if you hang out with them
you'd better think it through

You can be miserable
all by yourself too
you don't need company
with you
Uptight people will mess
up your day
no matter what you
