Quite a few want to be perfect living
but they find it hard because
it involves loving and forgiving
Most people like to walk with
a happy smile
then they refuse to make it their style
They take the sun for granted
forget we're on a mean cruel planet

Walking with a happy smile might
cost big
very few have ever seen a smiling pig
but they can be found
everywhere walking around
They get their joyful kicks
from pulling all kind of get over tricks

I got this notion
that I was going to try and swim
the loving & forgiving ocean
As I was going down
I begin to feel like a clown
I just knew I was going to drown
I prayed to the Lord
and found there was no other
drawing board
so again I sharpened my sword
