The fool of thought
in it quite a bit of us
get caught
Especially if we are guilty
depending it can make us
feel filthy
The brain can get flirty
when we feel dirty
Life plays its game
others do the same
It gets worse involving
our name
It takes guts to
get around the shame
without being burnt by
the flame

When any kind of negativity arrive
like a plane going down
it's best to pull out of the dive
in the process the brain will
continue to jive
so will others
until guilt almost smothers
especially with family friends
and sisters and brothers

We can't run we can't hide
basically we're in for the ride
We do have some control
over the trip
as long as we don't let it
cause us to flip
More successful folks
don't flip flop
Like a rabbit they continue
to hop
An energizer bunny
will not stop
