Perfection is in the eye of the person viewing through the sight.

In the morning before I rise,
and open my eyes,
my dreams have captivated me.
Either haunted or entertained me,
Just before I get up,
I sit up,
and reflect back,
so as to get myself on the proper track.

So I deal with one of the toughest people I know,
then straightened him out before I go.
My mind holds past transgression,
that need addressing.
Should I let my mean side take over,
or let my kind understanding side cover?
My mean side wants to take care of the circumstance.
My good side reminds me of the path of least resistance.

I have faced myself many a times,
and let the good side keep me away from crimes.
In my nightmare,
my monster was there.
Big as day,
taking care of things his way.

I awake and tell myself, "it was only a dream."
There's no need to be mean.

Some seem to think they have no vices.
Then when you remind them they bring out the ices.
They get mean and cold,
then try to deny their bad trait mold.

Not me,
I'm honest with at least myself.
being honest helps me stay off the abyss shelf.
I know I'm mean,
but I refuse to live there,
because for myself and others I do care.

We're all human with problems and issues,
and sooner or later we all will need tissues.

I try to be understanding,
and not mean and demanding,
with myself and my fellow man,
This is just my life long plan.

Blink!

Don't waste no time on foolishness.
