Loneliness is my friend indeed.
It never asks me what I need.
Does not care where I go.
Does not even want to know.
It is just a time .. and a place.
No one sees you in their haste.
Just Loneliness and me.
Walking alone.
Through this life.. no real home.
I house I have.. but filled with unease.
The loneliness has spread it's disease.
To every nick and cranny in my soul ..
To anyone I would ever know.
But this is my life ......... I made it so.

Erica Ivory 16 years old

Sometimes it is best to befriend lonliness.

This was wonderful, once more, Erica! Unfortunately I can relate to this all too well. I am so happy you shared this with us. Although I am sixteen and you're a woman, I will be here for you as well as the others here on AD :)

Warm Love,

Erica, you never made it so! You might have made it grow, but you didn't make it so. Much stronger forces were at work in you life. Do you want me to came and take you away from the source of lonliness. That wouldn't work either though would it. I admire and respect you for whoever you are or claim to be inside. Please do not forget that ok? Hugggggggggggsssssss Bill Murray
