So as you died
you said you were
disappointed in me..
I knew your mind
was being poisoned ..
Little by little
Day by day.
By those who wanted
to keep us at bay..
I am not blind
I could see.
I wanted to pick up that phone
Tell you I loved you
every single day..
I wanted to run to your side
Fight for my rights
Fight for my share
Fight for my love.
But I knew it wasn't there..
Besides to fight your family
was not the right way..
I thought I had proved my love
enough throughout the years..
but in the end
nothing mattered ..
you died
as I had feared..
I knew you were leaving me
again..
This time
forever..
But it was not my fault alone
that we were not together..
Yes, I hid away
afraid..
not knowing what to
say.
But why would that surprise you..
Father and daughter
...........it was always our way.

Sorry Pops.. I really did try.

You tried every way you knew to no avail. It is not you fault what happened. And your Father expressing disappointed to you knowing he was leaving this mortal coil was just his last way -- his last shot at making you feel bad and leaving you like this. Not your fault. Get up and wipe the dirt off your knees and put on clean socks.
Walk away from this with your head up high
without a single tear in your eye. He does not deserve one tear. Bill Murray
The familiar lament of dual-career parents raising children is, "I just can't do it all." The Libra Solution provides an alternative - a more satisfying and sustainable work and life approach - to the overwrought modern day norm.
