Clouded Eyes

Written In my teens
She is all covered in blood.. Under her bed hidden She hid herself.. She ran from HIM. Mind closed Eyes wide Time to die.. Must hide Must hide No cover.. Evil finds her .. No help.. Only fright Something stolen on this night The gateway to her soul filled with fear.. Lost in eternal despair Just a lost soul.. Who is to weep? For innocence taken.. Love forsaken She wants to live.. Yet hope... Wants to die.. Dreams disappear.. within her clouded eyes. Clouded eyes that reflect tragedy and pain knowing there is no true love.. All love a game All love in vain.. A lost soul.. Only emptiness in this storm of life.. Must fight.. Must fight.. This deep dark hole.. Iron grip has it's hold... Doesn't want to let her go.. So Cold So Alone So hard to feel alive.. Within the darkness of her clouded eyes ~ERICA

The tortures here are profound and cause a lump at the reading of your verse. I hope and pray this is insight into someone's elses problems.
