The Chapel

Sunday attire, straw-hat
lace ribbon and bow,
sunlight filtered through
a stained-glass window.

Glancing from
his wooden pew,
he saw an angel
In his field of view.

Unlocked his heart
love flooded in,
a seed impart
he was cleansed within.

Peace be with you
it’s time to go,
just a straw-hat
lace ribbon and bow.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... Sometimes I see angels in my home. :~) (Wish it was more frequently when my kids are awake though! hee, hee...)
