I love this poem. Trees are one of my favorite things in nature. They are strong, withstand storms, live for hundreds of years sometimes more and they have feelings like us, they speak to us with wisdom and strength.

how deep the veins and roots. .. how resonant; and ironic the fall, when it comes, the two that hold tight will face the storm and the deciduo.us times so easily. .. . right?
