You are absolutely right. It is insane for politicians to claim that they are cutting government while they are lining the pockets of their rich benefactors. What you are writing about is income inequality that has been continually growing since the 1980s, putting more and more people into lower and lower income brackets, resulting in a slowdown of the economy and suffering for those that are not in the top 20%.

It's really sad that so many so-called, "leaders," think that they can continue on this course and make things better. They can't. But we can. All we have to do is support and vote for the right people.
