High percentage of teenage love goes to the rocks due to lack of proper counseling services for the young generation.
Like a breeze over the beach
She swirls around my waist
Dancing madly inside my head
Touching me with cold hands
Locking me in a heat of anger
The more I chase this girl
The further away she runs
In the storms of romantic love
I am baffled by winds of stress
She is my moon in the sky of truth
But she hides behind clouds of doubt
Counseling services? How about old fashioned fireside parental training. Maybe it is just my cultural marking as many don't counsel their own kids anymore. They just buy them things it seems or help perpetuate instant gratification which has nothing to do with love. Excellent piece Brother Abdi-Noor. Peace, love, blessings and gratitude for sharing. <Mikii>

But she hides behind clouds of doubt
Quite powerful, Abdi-Noor.

Very true. But one must not generalize. Let's say there is a high percentage of young people who confuse love with lust. They want fun but in the long run, it is love that counts. Victor
New Poetry by Abdi-Noor Haji Mohamed (Eagle Of Hope)
It's 1969 and some high school students in a small town decide to oppose a war that makes no sense and promises to set their lives on a different path against their wishes.
