Good soils and two rivers are blessed with the South of Somalia and it is the most chaotic part of the whole nation.
Rivers of peace
Born out of love
Brought up in joy
Why bring us war
Your blood waters
are sheding blood
between Brothers
of the same blood
Letting Somalia
Sink in blood
While its sons
(The surving few)
Sling dirty mud
onto each other
Rivers of blood
While still in Ethiopia
You are rivers of peace
But once you cross over
You turn out to be chaotic
Strife begins as you rumble

Rivers, givers of health, of life, of peace.... becoming foci of hate and war. Powerful message, very power poem. May your prayers bring these arteries of life in Somalia to be life-givers again.
The rivers are scarce resources and every clan wants to control some portion of the fertile land with the rivers. This way we keep killing our own people. Istead of producing fruits, human blood is spilt around the rivers every day. Very sad indeed.
