When the only right a person has is the right to die it is impossible to talk about how to protect his or her rights unless rights protection means documenting the atrocities being inflicted upon that person. To protect rights one has to have peace first and to have peace justice should be put in place. Unless war criminals belonging to different tribal, political and religious faction are brought to justice I do not think peace will ever be born in that country. A semblance of peace could be attained but shall never be sustainable for a long period of time. We need political education before we embark on solving our problems politically.
Peace is the Soil on which development grows
But without justice there shall be no peace
That is why peace is unattainable in Somalia

But we are searching for it without justice
We are putting the cart before the horse

But without truth reconciliation is a wishful dream
Yet millions are spent on reconciliation conferences
I donīt know why the world is wasting its money
When reconciliation talks lack a substance of truth
Unity is the force that pulls a nation to the center
But without TRUST unity can never be obtained
Yet in every somali forum there is a talk of unity
I donīt know why we speak of building unity house
When we destroy the blocks on which unity is based
