Anger is a breath of devil emanating from the darkest holes of the hell. It can lead one to crime if not cancelled it out with love and forgiveness. Anger consumes your health and can cut short your life span as it invites such diseases as blood pressure and depression. If you feel angry please deal it in a positive way. Exercise is a safe way to release anger and stress.
As he is buried under a heap of anger
His mind is blurred by a fog or anger
Seeing nothing more than magnified anger
Trying to come out from depths of anger
But sinking deeper in the depths of anger
Till he surfaces with a dagger of anger
Aiming to ward off anger just with anger
Forgetting that anger assuages not anger
But leades to more anger or even crime
Anger breeds anger
Anger is an attitude that is born of fear, and in and of itself is neither good nor evil. It is how we choose to use that anger that is right or wrong. God gets angry but righteously angry. Teaching about anger needs to be balanced, or else people begin to erroneously think that it is always wrong to think, feel or express it.

The Creator says "Be angry and sin not" Jesus Christ warned us about being "angry without just cause" but not about "being angry". Love leads to love within ones own heart then manifests itself to its neighbour.
Anger is an emotion given by God, to be used wisely as in WWII, but after came the healing balm of forgiveness. Where once bombs were dropped, food, clothing and other parcels were dropped. I guess righteous anger is required to protect the innocent, vulnerable when needed. Bad things happen when good men refuse to take action.
