I miss the sound my thoughts make
when my words wrap around you.

Busy, like nice, is rushed without
being right – raising mediocrity
to the bosom of life.

In the days accounting of sacrifice
fitting neither here nor there
(in there)... thoughts die
at the height of respite.

Mustn't forget: Others come first.
Without their neediness,
I might be naught(y).

Sara, the first two lines grabbed me and wouldn't let go.
