Breathe in, breathe out
Smile, try not to pout
Walk tall and proud
But keep your head out of the clouds
Recognize the good from the bad
Be weary of it and you’ll never be had
Embrace the good when you see it
So that you can love, as love permits
Be nice to those who aren’t
Divide your time into compartments
Always leave a chunk of space for fun
Even if it’s just a walk out in the sun
Attune your solar plexus as you go
And let all of life’s goodness flow
Focus on the positives
Acquaint yourself with your negatives
Try to keep them under control
Don’t ever let them rule your soul

I found the purely biological reference to the solar plexus in stark contrast to your mention of soul at the end. ah, well I guess that's the modern human condition rearing it's ugly -and - beautiful - at - the - same-time head.
Focus on the positives,
acquaint yourself with your negatives.
I love that sentence!
