It only seems like yesterday when we shared dreams up the Hill
Your siblings played and laughed as you wiped away their tears.
Through pouring rain and sunny days you swallowed their pain.
As you wispered gentle words of love to each and then to all .
Two Souls strolling bravely down life’s wretched paths
To fill the days with sunshine to avoid being strangers
Even when all fell apart separating the tears and the parts
The center held and that is the memory that lasts for ever.

How touching that I clicked on this lovely tribute; so nice to see someone else express the same love (and realization) for there parents that I have for mine. Just yesterday I posted a song(and music)to a tribute I wrote to my parents (w picture) in 2005, after they too have just left this world-- and how I feel as you in "It seems only like yesterday when we hared our dreams..." (I lived with them for many years, for that I'm grateful)

I miss my parents too. It's nice that you can write about them. I should try that.
