Quiet nights like these
From long ago
A cool breeze of heat for my shoulders
Bare for the evening
Tonight I'm drawn back
With moistened eyes, closed
Listening and breathing
Breathing and in-taking
Such sweet sounds
The candles crackle
The music volumes turn to low
It all combines with the flow
Of succulent purity
With a touch of beauty
As I take a pen another night
