Poem Artwork

Who is Muslim? Who is Christian?
Who is Hindu? Who is Buddhist?
We are analogous, one to another.
The lord is the maker of us all.

We share the same sun, earth
and the moon, and together
we chase our dreams
riding on the bubbles of the stream.

We are, one.
Made of, one another.
With the same life force,
and blessed equally by the Lord.

What joy will be ours,
by slaying the descendants
of the Lord, before the
hungry altar of the religion?

What can be more,
excruciating scene than that?
The history of the mankind,
littered by the repulsive tremors of the men.

We are but one nation,
with one religion and God.
Love is our religion.
Humanity, our God!

We are analogous, one to another.

If only every human being on earth felt the same, this old world of ours would truly be a much better place.

Well Done, Bhuwan!

So much truth here, that we are all God's beloved children of whatever colour, credo, persuasion or nation. My only wobble would be the vaunting of humanity as God - how can anything so flawed possibly be God? Yes, designed to be perfect, but in our corrupted nature - and who can dispute that it has become so, even in the "best" of our race? - that is surely far from the truth as it now stands. Pinning my colours to the mast, sticking my head above the parapet, whatever, I DO believe in a perfect Divinity - otherwise what claim would there be to being God? But, in His grace He has personified Himself and identified with our nature and cause in order to create divinity in US. We can't do that for ourselves, no matter how "good" we are. Sorry to be picky, but I have to speak with personal integrity. And I make no judgements about others' beliefs. Certainly, Love is ALL our religion - love of something or someone, at least. But lost and broken humanity is the object that religion and a loving God seeks to serve, restore and draw into Himself. Creator at one with created. One people, one God, one entity. Hope I haven't stirred up a hornet's nest here, Bhuwan, but the love of God in me both draws me to Him and to His WHOLE world in His name. I see no divisions between peoples or religions - just one world created in love for harmony, as you suggest. I can recite ALL of your precious words here with perfect assent - except that bit about Humanity, our God. For me, I cannot say this. Bless you always and I know your heart is perfect. You are a man, after all, after God's own heart. LOL Kate xx

Wise words Bhuwan, personally I don't have much to do with religion because it my eye's it divides people...whereas sprituality is much more useful in my life, we are part of something bigger it's about time the human race woke up and realised this.

Bhuwan, your wisdom shines extra bright in this splendid poem!
You have stated what Creator's plan for us to know and live by
and if we would all follow this plan we would live in the love
and peace everyone says they want. May it be so one day soon!

Love,
Eileen

This is a fantastic poem, Bhuwan and one that should be read in all schools, churches and temples. Humans are so busy concentrating upon the differences instead of the similarities of all people, that fear of what is different and perhaps not understood tarnishes their hearts. It is difficult to hate a person, we know by name and communicate with, but quite easy to blanketly hate (fear) an entire group. When will mankind finally accept that "different" isn't the same as "wrong"? Excellent work!
Take care,
Sherry

Oh Bhuwan, This is what I also believe, I wish people everywhere could read your poem and keep it in their heart, for it is so very true. If only people could understand this, and live by it.

Outstanding poetic composition.
"Love is our religion" flows from the stream of wisdom to
the sea of humanity, where waves of understanding make foam
for peace by the shores of love.
