Bhuwan, yes I heard a Minister who works with the poor pleading for help. He said ... and I believe him ... that 27,000
children die from disease, starvation and war every day of the year. How tragic this is. Your story tell the truth. Bill

starvation is definitly a disease that is cruel and unjust there definitly should be something done like what Ms Duffy says but you are an excelent poet who speaks immense truth about something most people though they know about it dont think about it much excellent job on this

I worked with an organization for many years that strives to end hunger .. as for who feels hunger even starvation.. many may not realize .. It does exist right here.. Great message!!

Why don't you put out a call for poems that can be put into a book and sold with the proceeds going to an organization that deals with hunger and famine. I'll contribute one and buy a book.
