Lucifer's version of evil.
***************

Poem Artwork

Meticulously--with hail, fire, brimstone around him--
groomed, Luc upon his throne though his surroundings were grim.
Lucifer, with glory, aches to tell you His story
when He sat the hand of God in peace and glory.
He disagreed with some theories, decrees; loves the Man
and disagreeing, took a stand (like a man), command.
Was tossed out of Heaven
but He took His breathen.

Appreciates His mansion—knows His property’s HOT!
Once exquisite, divine, Lucifer has changed a lot
but Michael remains the closest relative He knows.
Lucifer doesn’t mislead us, our inborn sin grows.
Do you know there are humans much more evil than HIM?
The chances of you meeting Him are rare, very slim.
Once an angel, cast out
He has regrets, has clout.

Even those divine suffer, decline, when evil thrives.
It makes one ugly. All things within shrivels and dies
In particular, evil picks on the whites of eyes.
(As the windows to our souls … that should be no surprise.)
Nothing is completely DARK; love sheds light … a little
whether your monster is killing, drugs, sex, a bottle.
He’s merely a model
one we should not coddle.

Evil done will come back, haunt us, eventually
so chill out, take a breath and don’t expel mercury
He’s living evidence of whom we don’t want to be
but the choice is up to all mankind. Chose carefully.
He professed to love the Man but disregarded HIM
none can afford to make that kind of mistake again--
be kept out of Heaven
live amongst His breathen.

No doubt He has regrets!

Very creative, Sandra, as most of your work is.

You've made it the creation story interesting and fun. Good work.
