I always rush never walking slow. I need some time to breathe. The sunset awaits me on the beach. I need some time to breathe. I drive fast taking risks. I need some time to breathe. A sidewalk awaits my exhausted feet. I need some time to breathe. There are never enough hours in the day. I need some time to breathe. Yoga class awaits my attendance. I need some time to breathe. A walk down a path of nature with you. I make some time to breathe. So we can share a moment or two. Breathing with you I need. Copyright . Marlene Dawn .2003

Good message Marlene. Breathing is a natural thing, yet we are often so stressed that we don't really do it so naturally.
