Show me a mixture of serene kindness.
Dropping into the inky blackness,
On the end of a quill.
Fantasies on a page,
Where I am flattered by your grace.
Wash away my impurities,
With Holy Water at the bottom of a well.
Purge my body of these thoughts,
Purify my soul.
You are the source of my degredation.
The cause of my omnipotent state of mind.
Justify my actions with prayers,
Take me to be absolved.
Exorcise this illness that plagues me,
Making me sinful.
Cast me not away!

A stunning declaration, which illustrates the importance of how one, often needs the assistance of the Creator to overcome ones insecurities and human faults. I enjoyed this piece very much. Thank you for sharing it. Take care and be well.
