Love is forever young,
as young as the heart that sings,

thoughts that paint warm laughter
on an aging mind
in soft shades of pink and lavender,

capturing beauty’s face,

love forever young,
forever mine.

a blessed n.ever.n.everland. .
sometimes the only way to be found is to be lost in loves eyes. . ..
i adore the succinct and stately passion.
but i sure do miss your ocean~

It's true--love is foever young. We can fall in love at any age without anyone. Like my mother said when she was eighty-nine, "When I wake up in the morning I lay there feeling like I did when I was fourteen. Then I get up and look in a mirror." Maybe as we get older, we should stop looking in mirrors.

A man of many good words uses only a handful to pass along truth and beauty to those ready to read old words in a new light. This is excellent work, Gene, and I commend you... you old and knowing romantic! Bill
