Poem Artwork

Destiny grants us our wishes, but in its own way, in order to give us something beyond our wishes. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Baptized By Starlight

Your star was waiting up above
In midnight's purest air
To cover you in gentle Love
For Love is meant to share

From heights above the midnight
By wisdom do stars choose
Those wishes nestled heart tight
And gift us grace of view

They twinkle by intention
Beckon the eye to rise
As wishes gain ascension
Thru eyes...to soul....baptize

Twinkle twinkle!!!

For Mark & Jane

(((lady a)))

THIS is beautiful. Perfection! :) Much nicer than the bad weather we had last night (tornado 1/4 mile up the road--IF THAT--from my apartment). Send me some of that startlight!!!!!!!

(((HUGS))) and love and continued prayers for you and the kids, karla. :(

Anita,

This is wonderful! The title drew me in, the quote lured me further and the poem itself was beautiful, especially the last stanza.
