WHEN YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES


When you close your eyes 
Do you see me?
Is my image in your mind?
Am I smiling, serious, sad
Or lost
Or maybe all three combined?

When you close your eyes
Can you feel me?
Can you feel my thoughts?
My needs?
Do you know where I yearn
To be??
I'll follow...if you lead

When you close your eyes
Would you hear me?
Might you hear my words.....
My breath
I could not hide my love for you
By silence......I'd confess
