Bewildred Blooms Oh haunt me not, bewilderment Lie still within that tomb The earth has covered well your grave While on it....flowers bloom For not a single rose I'd pick As they bloom not for me And yet such fragrance mocks my pledge With scented memories Sniff Sniff! Pax A 10/16/05

The key to our memories is often through keyhole fo one of our senses. Smell often opens up and brings us - willingly or unwillingly - into contact with the path to a particular memory or sensation. If we resist, the smell taunts us.
