Further to the comments mentioned below, I would recommend to read ‘the blessed’ and ‘the narrow-minded’ as ‘the shallow and deep’ or ‘the horizontal and vertical’ or so, respectively; to avoid one-sidedness, there is the third option of putting both together, which is the only correct decision on the way to the wholeness. As for the ‘wordless man,’ again, there are two levels of communication: one is at that of heart (true), another is at the level of mouth (false); the heart-to-heart contact is the most flawless. ‘To know that it is so’ represents the effect while ‘why it is so’ is charged with cause of the cause-effect relationship. . . in a word, any one-sided approach is a sign of wrong decision ever made.
