For The Record Passing thoughts and flights of fancy, Saying anything is chancy. People read between the lines Imposing all their own designs. So the things I’d like to say Get lost somewhere along the way. And some will get the wrong impression From an innocent expression. All this makes me hesitate To try to set the record straight For those who choose to think the worst Of anything that I have versed. The pure of heart will surly see There’s no deceit at all in me. There’s just a lot of love inside I don’t think I should have to hide. John H. Bidwell

Forget them, you owe them no explanations, stay free to write as you want and keep them guessing. Good poem, rhyme and flow is excellent.

Anyone who finds fault with our work is usually a chronic fault finder anyway so write what is in your heart and let the chips fall where they may. As long as you're not personally atacking someone...that's the criteria I follow. Your work is always excellent and inspiring...

"The written word is left to the interpretation of both the sender and the receiver." (Tami) Everyone will always have their own interpretation of what it is you "said". I personally feel frustrated sometimes when others can't/don't "get" something I've written - I want them to feel it like I do! (Mission Impossible)

I enjoy your work so much, John, and I have always thought you were an expressive man with a warm, loving, soulful heart. Don't change a thing! I love your work!
