I sometimes think that we poets can get lost in our own use of language. I have penned several very short pieces that try to encapsulate their meaning in just a few lines. "Passion" is the first of these.
Passion
One idle moment
I emptied my soul
Until all that remained was passion
So this was ever my true st gift to you
