A romantic muse
I've been out of action for quite a bit and am technically still out of action but I hope to be back soon and posting more material and of course catching up and reading the poetry of others. I miss you all and hope you all thrive in 2005.

Poem Artwork

Your name tickles my lips
as it slides out with the air
exhaled from my lungs
delivering the sound
to my eager ears.
Your name...your name
Musical, magical
-such enchanting tune
It fills my being
with exhileration,
pulses in my blood
and sounds in the throb
of my temples.
Every nerve ending sensitized.
as skin begs for touch

How I yearn for your embrace
To show you that what I feel is real
and watch with wonder
as the dawn rises upon your face...

Dear Chanti
Your this poem beautifully refelects the mind of a lover. It is very sensual and touching. Very origenal and beautiful!!

This reminds me of a folk poem in my language which says "when he whispers my name, i almost die of bliss".
