Hell’s Path

No answers to the questions we seek,

wandering in constant search since birth,

nothing belongs to the humble or meek,

with each day a struggle upon this earth.

Just learning what hasn’t been shown,

an endless adventure in sight and mind,

surrounded by people, yet so all alone,

power and greed in the passing of time.

Settling for nothing more nor nothing less,

as the spirit within faces a constant rage,

life you see is nothing more than a test,

lost in mere translation of the turning page.

Shadows cast from a sobering brilliant glow,

in an instant life and death meet with a clash,

silencing the crowd, ceasing the busy flow,

to ashes in the end, nothing ever seems last.

We might never know what was meant to be,

in the land of enchantment where we dwell,

sadly, blinded in self-interest we never see,

the path we’re following leads straight to hell.

Future: The Spiritual Story of Humanity by Glenn Martin

Histories of the world are generally written to either celebrate technology and science, or to herald doom. My book examines the path of the spirit in the onward rush.

Enlightenment Dialogues: A Journey of Post-metaphysical Onliness Awake by Martin Treon

This combined narrative dialogue and play is about the uncreated, unborn and undying transcendent Self of God-consciousness and Buddha-nature. It describes an odyssey of transcendent Consciousness Awakening and Remembrance.
