There is too many of them that have fallen into society's cracks. Where is the help for these people? Yes, I know there are some of them that don't want help, they want something given to them, but there are many out there that would be willing to help themselves if they were given the opportunity. We live in a 1,2,3 world that if there is anything other than what's written in the rules, we can't help you. Your problem doesn't meet our criteria. The only criteria they should have to meet is the fact that it's 20 degrees outside and they have no roof over their heads.
