Waiting and Watching
By John Herlihy

We will wait while watching.
The spirit of the world to lift the veil;
The world of the spirit to reveal its secret.

We are waiting, watching,
To observe the wind in the trees,
To see the trees but not the wind.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the wave approach the shore,
To see the shore subdue the wave.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the sun ascend in the sky,
To see the moon disappear with the sun.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the Spring mock the Winter,
To see the Winter die in Nature’s awakening.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the shadow mimic the light,
To see the light swallow the shadow.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the breath enliven the body,
To see the body enclose the soul.
We are waiting, watching,
To observe the mystery cause the question,
To see the question reveal the mystery.

We will watch while waiting.
The world to unfold as it is meant to be;
The invisible made visible for all to see.

yes, the invisible made visible for all to see and let them know that it is only a part of it. Without destruction there is no generation and in this alternation the leading part belongs to destruction; therefore, each and every generation runs equally painful. . . as for us, we are able to wait and watch, as the third party, only if taking a proper position, which is always in the centre or close to it, i.e. in between both ends. Yes, this piece is about that central place and all the advantages it gives us. Another question is: For how long? :(( Cheers, alex

While we wait we may as well watch what's transpiring before us. I pray that "The world to unfold as it is meant to be;" us worth waiting for.

Love ya!

Yep! We have no other choice as I see it but to watch and wait, John.

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
