Absolutely!! They sure do know which side their bread is buttered... and it never seems to end up face down on the kitchen floor, like mine usually does. Our golden retriever rules the roost with a rod of iron in the shape of CUTE with capital C - U - T - E. And, unlike humans, their form of manipulation is so guileless... unless you're talking about cats, of course, then that's a different matter....!!! (Stirring up a hornet's nest here!). Neat ku, Ed. What a beautiful shepard, we want one too, but later on when we get a house for both dogs to run around in...and a cute kitty, we don't want, LOL! Twould be best if the world we are smart and had as much wisdom as dogs...but...Peace thru wisdom, Ed & rufuz
