That captured my attention;

Lucky, Three-Legged Retriever
And sweet Minelli, a Billy Goat
And Judy, a gentle Great Dane
Together always, Three Amigos
They care not about their many differences
They care not at all about their disabilities
They don’t hold any prejudice in their hearts
Just inseparable friends, these amazing three
They were found wandering together
And soon taken to a pet orphanage
“They should all remain together”
The Pet Orphanage Director says
But of course, Bureaucrats now step in
And proclaim, “The Goat must die;
Minelli is just Livestock, not a Pet”
Luckily, there is soon a Public Outcry
Over 200 families willing to adopt them
With a compassionate woman – a reprieve
They now reside, with other rescued orphans
A most happy ending, for these Amigos Three
“They're doing great,
And they'll be happy here for the rest of their lives.
They walk around like a little troop;
Where one goes, the others go.
They just capture your heart.”

This is a truly uplifting story in several ways. Animals love unconditonally, be it for humans or other animals. My cat's best friend is my tortoise. God Bless the new caretaker for taking in such a unique trio!
