Dark angels hide their fragile smiles
As parting souls, the reaper defiles.
Tarry once and tarry no more,
For death is waiting at your door.
With the simplicity of velvet lies,
Dark angels continue to pry,
Seeking absolute resolution
to life’s final and sad solution.
So tarry once, and tarry no more
for the defiling reaper waits at the door.
He stands at the ready, awaiting his call,
He waits for one but will at command take all.
He listens intently for that failing, and rasping cry,
the one that you hear from those about to die.
So on bended knee, you should make your plea,
And cry unto to God with voice aloud, “save me, oh save this wretch called me"
For if you fail to gather unto you, your final and parting grace.
Then you must prepare yourself for the last and final ride,
The last and final ride.....
to the place where dark angels with fragile smiles…hide.

Well done!
This is so powerful all of the poem..

Dark angels continue to pry,
Seeking absolute resolution
