Perfect madness is impossible to achieve,
For threads of sanity to the mind, do cleave.
giving forth in ritual lunacy, a tiny bit of clarity,
thus leaving us in shadows of doubt most despairingly.
So forget now this one last time,
That it was you or I that lost their mind,
like when we left it at the midnight desk,
Or took it for a walk at quandary’s request.
So be still and know what is true ,
that perfect madness is really for fools.
For they are the only ones,
That keeps true sanity on the run.
For with them, there are….
No more walls,
No more pills,
No more,
Yes doctor,
Or
No nurse,
I will not,
Drink your swill.
For don’t you see,
My perfect madness,
Has once again,
Eluded me.
