Three Words…Let It Be

Before time, when naught but darkness consumed the sky

And the incalculable distance lay hidden within His mind,

There lay an unknown world of secrets withheld from beneath its velvet skin,

Waiting in silence for the word, in which He proclaims

That He Is now and hereunto… He Is in the end.

For He is master, He is Lord, He is all that will ever be,

As He, being omniscient rules over all of eternity.

For He… the infinite darkness patiently awaits,

As He with a voice of unknown thunder boldly spake,

"Let it be" said He, who is likened to no other

And thus began the creation of this mighty wonder.

The earth, the mountains and the rolling sea,

All of His making,

all of His glory,

all that there is to be.

[1] In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
[2] And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
