“God rest ye merry gentlemen…”
Pimping Mankind
Distressing are the men whom have eyes yet do not see.
For they walk not in the light and are bound by their own mockery.
They chase phantom dreams across a make believe molten sky,
And yet in their perverse end they question why.
Destruction and misery they carried in their purse all their days,
Whilst pimping out their innocent brethren for their ill gotten gain.
Therefore should I, or should we give comfort to them in their hour of grief?
For what benefit to man have they bestowed?
And to what reason have they led us down destructions road?
Shall we who in redden clay now reside reach out to them from beneath?
Shall we in weary heart forgive the bearers of our funerals wreath?
For they have waged a sin war upon our very soul,
And they in their mutual blindness hath dealt life a fatal blow.
Yet it is mine to say and unto mine own good,
That I even in duress of spirit, forgive them, as goodness should.

Though pimped I have not been,
I know though through it all I have ultimately sinned...Ed
