Love should be pure and unconditional at all times...

When Darkness Crosses Over

When from the darkness your dreams crossed over into the realm of light.
I was there to comfort you and steal away the frightful images of night.
Emblematic worry had consumed you, shattering your delicate sweet soul.
Yet in all of my love, I had devoured your despair; kissed away your fear and made you whole.

So search not the night my love, and question no more the coming day.
I will always be there to protect you and give ease to every step of your way.
Oh can’t you see that my love for you is not bound by the constraints of simple time?
It is forever, the very quintessence of eternal, as you are always on my heart and mind.

Therefore no force is sufficient, nor valley of darkness that is too deep or wide.

There is nothing that shall tear asunder, oh nothing that will keep me from your side.

My love for you is pure, as it will always reach beyond the thin veil of darkness.

My love will protect you, serve you and draw strength from the goodness of His eternal light.

The road of love and caring is long and often frightening and to have the kind of person looking over us as described here can surly smooth the bumps.
