Too long the thought beneath the veil of my fleeting time.

עמק יזרעאל
Jezreel
The dust of so many yesterdays to the soles does cling.
Dry, with barren reminisces of almost elapsing dreams.
Oh this life hewn from the rocks of Jezreel soon to stand forgotten.
This life and its hope a once fertile plain is now unto the dust trodden.
So tarry not too long will I in this valley of dry bones.
Nor shall I hold to that which was as today and will soon be gone.
For just like the dust which to the soles does cling.
Just like tomorrow I will surrender forever to forgotten dreams.

Probably a very wise decision, J. Allen.
