Vexations Of This Delusion:
I can neither perceive nor fare lightly of this impending fate,
Neither shall I overcome the vexation, which has drawn nigh of late.
For unto this weary night with its cold… and darkly menacing soul
Comes a black season of misery for my eyes to behold.
For desolation has knocked thrice on my delusional door,
chiming forth its message of blind kismet forevermore.
So tarry do I… beneath a melting sky.
Awaiting …ever so waiting my deliverance from on high.
Yet, nothing comes…but an even darker night,
And soon…nothing will remain of all that was once right.
For the vexation of my delusions are secure and sound
As I in wide eyed bewilderment return quietly to the ground.
For it is there that, I shall mix with the ancestors of my past,
as I am returned to the dust of a thousand seasons at last.

And soon…nothing will remain of all that was once right.
To face death with courage is the greatest gift given by God.
If I read your poem right that is what you are writing about.
God Bless,
